It's already established the day for the 5th edition of the IBFA Mr. & Miss Universe of Bodybuilding and Fitness and and the 40 edition of the AIC Mr. and Miss Italy:  Saturday July 3rd and Sunday July 4 th 2010.

IBFA WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP 2008  (2008-08-05)

Organized by Dusko Madzarovich will be held in Koper (Slovenia) on November 15 th, the IBFA World Championship 2008 (XI edition).
Koper is a beautiful city near the Italian borderline.
The contest will be held in the Bonifika, a fantastic sport center.

INTERNATIONAL GRAND PRIX NORWAY.  (2008-08-05)

Saturday May 31 th 2007 will held him in the City of Norvik, Norway, organized by Roar Innlagen of NBFA  a competition of bodybuilding and fitness, for men and women.
The contest will be a Nordic Open Championship but will be also open to every bodybuilder from all the countries.
The winner will be selected to compete at IBFA Universe 2008.

INTERNATIONAL PENDLE VALLEY 2008. (2008-08-05))

On May 17 will be held in Barnodswick (Manchester) England the annual Pendle Valley show.
This contest is very good, high athletic standard, large audience and prizes.The winners will be conducted by the organizer Brian Haslam at IBFA Mr. & Miss Universe IBFA 2008 on July 6th 2008 in Sapri-Italy.
